What to expect
After you get in contact to arrange an appointment, your first meeting will be an assessment session. This assessment will last for fifty minutes and will provide an opportunity for you to convey some of the reasons which have brought you to therapy. The assessment session will also give you a chance to decide if you would like to engage in personal therapy and how you would like to proceed.
If you decide to begin personal therapy, this normally takes place on a weekly basis and on each occasion therapeutic sessions last for fifty minutes at a time (unless agreed otherwise). Note: If you’re unable to attend your appointment please call to cancel or reschedule, as cancellations outside of the three day notice period will be chargeable.
